1 cup bamboo shoots (fresh or canned)
1 cup raw carrot grated
1 cup finely sliced radish
1 cup diced spring onions
1/2 cup raisins
1 heaped tablespoon finely grated orange zest
(GF, DF, NF, V)
Combine all the ingredients and toss with one of our salad dressings.
